Summary
JunGo is created to link promising junior candidates and growing companies in such a way that benefits both sides. JunGo mission is opens up opportunities in the IT market, saves time with courses, consultations, internships, recommendations and vacancies for beginners on the platform.
Challenge
The challenges of creating such system is solving multiple problems for different types of user in one platform: recent graduates, recruiters, and companies
Other requirements:
- Recent graduates compete with more experienced colleagues for a job. There is no separate platform with vacancies for beginners pursing a paid job who are less experienced, don’t have good presentation skills, fear of interviewing, need for practice / internship.
- Recruits receive many resumes from irrelevant candidates, overestimated expectations of “Juniors” about salary, unclear candidate resumes, false information about the candidate in the resume, difficult to test technical skills and it takes a long chain of search for a good beginner specialist.
- Companies training of junior, who may leave the company, irrelevant candidates and inability of the beginner specialist to meet the project requirements.
Solution
We built a job & advancement platform that matches candidates with companies and help recruits filter and classify the candidates.
Additionally:
JunGO helps to reduce the time spent on searching for candidates: It verifies the skills of candidates – allows to receive feedback from educational institutions, and checks the availability of projects, certificates and the relevance of information in the resume.
Search for candidates by the established search filters, and connects them with the recruiter’s e-mail and via telegram bot.
Constant product update, analysis and immediate solution to all urgent issues.
A template resume with clearly defined soft / hard skills and what type of work the candidate agrees to (internship / remote work / office work / freelance).
JunGO provide an opportunity to get answers to many questions that would help build a successful career. We help candidates finding an suitable internship or a job.
The recommender neural system contributes to the improvement of the professional qualifications of candidates. We motivate junior professionals to try themselves in different positions to achieve the success they expect.
