Thousands of classes - Hundreds of clubs - One subscription
Summary
The objective of the project is to create a fitness aggregator which unites 500+ different sports clubs and fitness studios under a single subscription. It requires a complete makeover: Branding, Web Services, Landing page and CRM.
Challenge
The challenges included the absence of a single appearance on the web (unified brand image) which confuses customers. An outdated and not well-developed content & interface design. A lot of non-working links and drawbacks that make it difficult to perform essential actions.
The platform has a poor user experience due to the unclear and hard-to-use interface and the lack of features to plan visits to the sport clubs. In the admin side, the management and administration system were not flexible. Additionally, it misses many features like: Lack of user’s ID confirmation, analytics and an absence of custom subscription builder - which made it hard for new clubs to join
Solution
In terms of branding, we discovered a better way for growth and shifted brand's mission. The landing page provides a possibility to purchase a single subscription for attending all fitness clubs and studios in the network. It also gives an option to pick a plan that fits the needs of each client’s type.
A friendly UI experience was redesigned to make it easy for the users to buy, switch subscription plan, find lessons and clubs nearby, and manage personal schedules. We implemented a recommendation system where it personalizes and suggests users with classes and training programs. For the backend, we remade the product from scratch. We provided options to manage users, clubs and studios, get accounting and financial analytics and developed a Free CRM for clubs so it becomes a convenient feature to join network.
