Summary
Education project of complex training and development of IT specialists offering diverse classes for individuals and corporate clients.
Challenge
To develop a full educational platform for offline and online courses. Some of the challenges we had to deal with are:
- The inconvenience of using different software for different tasks
- Inability to collect customers’ data and work with it
- The necessity of a scheduling system that enables: scheduling of classes, assigning lecturers, and allocating classrooms and technical resources
- The absence of an accounting report system, and integrate it with the system.
- The necessity to launch a new format of complex online training for beginners in the Frontend of the system. The main complexity was that people do not give equal credit to online courses and prefer offline education.
Solution
We built an online platform with many features such as:
- The implemented CRM system automates work when dealing with clients, allows resource planning and reporting. It incorporates advanced client and resource management, extra flexible scheduling, powerful lead management module, and real- time analytics and reporting.
- We developed a landing page which is focused on the new positioning that says that the academy helps its students get into their preferred profession and achieve their goals in the IT field. The program is updated often to correspond constantly changing market requirements.
- We built an effective funnel for collecting submissions for the purchase of ITEA automated business franchise. The landing has all the necessary information in the form of blocks with CTA and a detailed presentation available for downloading after leaving contact information.
- Integration with POS system and setting the scanning devices which are connected to the tickets management system.
